Eli led her to the ticket booth and they stood in line.

She tilted her head up to look at him, then smirked and went on her toes to kiss his cheek. "Where we goin' anyway?"

"Not anywhere legally," Eli replied, smirking and dragging her out of line and through the crowds once more. They walked past the passenger trains. "Be cool, Blondie."

She blinked, but kept a straight face, holding onto his hand tightly.

He led them towards the freight trains, walking casually and trying not to look anyone in the eye. It was full of working men, loading and unloading the trains. Trixie really did stand out like a sore thumb, but Eli already had an explanation in his head if anyone were to questioned them.
"Hey Dollface, whatcha doin' back here?" A railman heckled Trixie, soot on his face from shoveling coal.
"She's with me, John! Get back to work!" Eli barked back immediately, glaring at him. The man shut up and got back to work. Eli chuckled ot himself, rolling his eyes. The working class was so gullible.

Trixie arched a brow at him, smirking. "You're somethin' else, ya know that." She grabbed hold of him, stopping long enough to kiss him square on the lip, then pulled back. "Alright, where to?"

"Up here, m'lady," Eli said, hopping into an open freight car full of boxes and then pulling her up. Quickly he pulled her away from the door to settle comfortably in the shadows.

She snuggled against him comfortably. "Ride the rails often?" She tilted her face up at him, smirking.

"Not as often as I would like," Eli admitted, wrapping an arm around her and pulling her closer. "Let's hope this train goes somewhere good."

She giggled a little, her hand resting on his knee.

The freight car's doors were shut, and they were suddenly in darkness. Eli kissed the top of Trixie's head.

The absolute darkness made her a little nervous, and she pressed herself against him. When the train lurched forward slowly, beginning to move, she whispered. "Ain't there like a lamp in here or somethin'?"

"Don't worry, a boy scout always comes prepared," Eli responded, shoving a hand into his coat pocket and pulling out a candle and a match. He lit the candle. "Don't worry, Freckles, its only until the train starts moving."

She smirked at him. "I do not have freckles. Well. Very many, anyway." She looked up at him in the flickering candle light, reaching a hand up to touch his cheek just because she felt like it.

"Oh, so that's the nickname thats too preposterous for you? I'll respect that, Sunshine." Eli replied, grinning at her. The train began to move, jerking them slightly. "So if this train can go anywhere, where do you want it to go?"
