She lifted a shoulder. "I'm here a lot. There's a lot of regulars." She moved over to him, taking off her gloves. We can go wash up. We're almost out of here."

She smiled a little brighter at that. "Yeah, I think I can manage to stay awake for that." She led him to the kitchen, washing her hands in the sink.
