Jacquie Connelly has been dating Sean Conlon for months now, and only Sean mom and brother knew.
Jacquie had been careful. Really, really careful to make sure her father never found out. She snuck off to Brooklyn every chance she got, and tonight was one of those nights as she knocked on the Conlon's door.

Raven opened the door for her and blinked when she saw her. She immediately came out into the hall and shut the door behind her. "Turn around and go home," she ordered.

Sean soon arrived on the roof. When he saw her he wanted to take her into his arms and just kiss the living hell out of her, but he didn't.

Jacquie stood up from where she'd been sitting by the ledge. When he didn't come to her, she went to him, shifting awkwardly. "Is...is everything okay?"

"No" he said, walking over to the edge of the roof, he looked out the Brooklyn skyline. He lit a cigarette.

She frowned, worried. "What--what's wrong? Sean, talk to me..." She moved to stand behind him.
