Eli slept in. It felt great. Happy Wedding Day to him. It wasn't until he was shaken awake by Luke that he finally got out of bed.
"How'd ya get in!" Eli asked him.
"You gave me a spare key. told me to drop by anytime."
Eli snickered. "Oh, right."

In the meantime, Lottie helped get Trixie into her dress. "Ugh, I still have this damn baby weight."
Lottie rolled her eyes, doing up her laces. "You look fine!"
Soon, everyone was at the Hall, and Lottie and Erin were in their pretty cream bridesmaids dresses. And Trixie was suddenly filled with nervous excitement. "Geez, I feel like it's the first wedding all over again."

Erin smiled. "Nah. Although it was just the three of us in city hall's bathroom. Deja vu?"

Eli was hovered outside, Duncan in one hand and passing a cigar between him and Luke.
"Dave. Will you please come join us?" Eli smirked at Luke, then glanced back at David who was in the doorway.

Trixie smiled as Lottie took out the rest of her pin curls, doing her hair. "It's what I wanted at the time, ya know? We found out I was pregnant, and Eli asked me to marry him. I was already startin' to show, so we had to make it quick. But all I wanted was Eli, anyway. Not havin' any of the glitz didn't matter."

David strolled over, glad that the both babies were with the girls in the dressing room. He didn't want his Melody around cigar smoke. "I'm here. I just don't smoke."

"well im glad you are renewing your vows! It's so romantic," erin said, fixing the dress she had put on Melody, although Mel was looking pretty unhappy in it.
Eli chuckled. "Classic Dave. Just take one whiff. It's my wedding!"

Lori was too busy sleeping and sucking her thumb to notice the headband with a big, floppy flower that Trixie had put on her little head.
Trixie smiled, putting on some rouge and lipstick. "For a while there, I was sure he was gonna leave me before we even got to this point."

David laughed, despite himself. "You're already married, Eli. Can't imagine why you'd want to go through all this twice."

Trixie smiled softly, looking at herself in the mirror. "I know. I know that now. He's my soul mate." She put on a pair of earrings, then let out a breath. "I think I'm ready."

David laughed. "Come on, we better get in there and get this show on the road."

Erin nodded, taking Melody and Lottie took Lori and they followed her inside.
Eli took one last puff of the cigar, and passed it to Luke. "let's get in there!" he led the way back inside.

Trixie waited in the wings, smoothing out her dress nervously. And then the music started and she was giving the signal, so she walked out, heading from the back of the Hall towards the stage, clutching her bouquet.

Eli stood proud, and he motioned for Duncan to stand as tall as possible next to him. He held Duncan's hand.

Trixie was nearly in tears by the time she got to him, though she was smiling brightly. She leaned down and kissed Duncan. "I love ya, sweet pea." "Love you Mommy." She stood up and kissed Lori, who was asleep in Lottie's arms, then finally stood in front of Eli, grinning. "Hey, you."

"Hey Kitten." Eli grinned at her, and Duncan held on to Eli's leg once Eli dropped his hand and took both of Trixie's.

Trixie handed her bouquet to Erin, then held both of Eli's hands, sniffling and meeting his eyes. "I like your suit."

"Great dress," Eli smirked, and reached into his suit for his vows. Since they were already married, Eli didn't find it necessary to hire a minister, or a rabbi, or someone official like that to marry them. It was just them up there, with their family and friends. And lots and lots of people. "I guess I'll go first." a few people chuckled, and Eli cleared his throat.
"Natalie. When we first got married, I told you that you are the most fun I've ever had. And that still holds true today, except now it's even better because we got Duncan and Lori to join us in our adventures. We may have tamed our ways since we were kids, but I know that if I was ever to proposition you to steal a carriage or sneak into a Broadway musical-" he laughed at that one- "you would be down for it in a second. And that's what I love about you. You're perfect for me. And we make the best babies. I can't wait to make more with you, Kitten." he winked, and ruffled Duncan's hair.
