"Irishmen are supposed to drink tea," Race informed him. "'S'better than coffee." Somehow they finally found themselves at the steps of the house, and Race would have collapsed halfway up if he hadn't been so eager to get away from the rising sun. He got the door open and collapsed on a chair in the lobby instead.

Jack went to take a seat as well when of course the boys came charging down the stairs. He groaned and then turned to head out the door.

Race sighed, rubbed his head, winced, shoved himself off the couch by sheer force of will, and stumbled out into the morning sun. "Fine, fine, let's get to work."
At least they'd had one night of mindless fun.
