Vi spun around and rolled her eyes at the shouting going on, shouting over at some of the men who seemed to be taking shooting out the lights to a whole new level. Her voice grew louder as she dropped the pints down around tables. "Oy! Shut up about it!" she snapped giving one of them a serious glare. No one was going to mess with a Lyon's not even if they thought they should. Despite the fact she had five very dangerous older brothers, no one really messed with Vi. Sure she got grabbed now and then, but the last bloke that had tried turned up in the harbor a couple weeks later. She didn't care really. Turning around she looked out over the bar and saw someone waving at her, "Wait your bloody ruddin turn!" she shouted, moving over to another table.
"What are we after?" she asked, not even paying attention really-- she was glaring daggers over at one of the lads to her left that was trying desperately to get her attention. With a groan she turned to give the table her full attention. "Bloody micks.."

Spot Conlon sat at the table, glaring at all the loud men in the bar.
"Whiskey. Straight." he ordered, running a hand through his hair.

She smirked as she put her hand on her hip and nodded, turning around and heading back to get it. Instead of just bringing back the shot she set the whole bottle on the table. "Look like you need it tonight, Conlon." Another shout had her growling. "'scuse me a moment the natives are restless.."
Spinning back Vi snapped a few curt words in Irish Gaelic, flipping the man the bird while he pouted at her. She had the mouth of a sailor and the temper of a man. Everyone knew it. "How you doin?" she asked, raising a brow at him. Though she lived in Brooklyn now she didn't always. The former five points native had come here with a couple of her brothers and just stuck it out.
((OOC.. I can't help the long posts -_- sorry

Spot watched her, smirking a little. She was a hell of a lot like Raven. "Apparently not nearly as agitated as you."

She snorted, tossing her hair over her shoulder, she and Rae may share a few traits and if told, Vi would deny it. "I'm bloody well pissed off to be fair, some bloke tried to shove his hand under my skirt earlier and I broke a bottle over his head. That bloody well comes out of my ruddin pay you know?" It had been a rough night and she seemed to be one of the few on the floor. The others were-- taking their business to the back. It made her growl. "If they're going to take rolls in the back the LEAST they could do is wait for a lul.. I'm gonna poison someone."

"Whoa, woman, calm yourself." he gestured to the seat next to him at the table. "They can do without you for a few minutes."

Trying not to growl she dropped into the chair he offered and crossed her ankles. Truth, she needed a break. Her face relaxed after a moment and she handed him the bottle. "So what brings you in tonight anyway, Conlon?" No drinking on the job, but she'd sit.

"Oh you know. Same ol' shit," Spot replied, his eyes on her. He drank a bit, shifting in his seat as the alcohol burned his throat. "You get paid well here?"

She shrugged and leaned back in the chair, God her feet ached. "Well that all depends on the day... mostly make in tips. I don't let them grab so I don't make as much as the girls that let 'em paw all over them." Truthfully it was a self respect issue as far as she was concerned. She didn't like being grabbed, didn't like having some greasy drunk paw at her so she reacted and no one said the wiser.

He snorted. "Figures." He usually didn't touch women like that. "Seems like you handle yourself well here."

Vi shrugged her shoulders and toyed with the bottle as she thought about it, she was an expressive woman. Not to mention stubborn to a fault and horribly demanding. "Sure, I've got five older brothers I know how to handle men. You look timid and meek, you'll get walked on. I can take care of myself." Her brothers and her father had all made sure she could.

"Wait, what? Me? Timid and meek?" Spot raised his eyebrow at her. He was more amused than insulted. "That's where I get 'em, you know."

She laughed and shook her head, "Nah not you.." she waved her hand though she could say he looked smaller than the average guy. But that didn't mean anything. Her brother's were all mountains. She turned her head and smirked at him, "You bein' smaller?" she questioned before laughing. "Aye, I bet ya do. Make em underestimate you and then take them round back and show them that it don't mean a damn how big ya are. My Da says that some a the most dangerous blokes he'd ever met were smaller n' 'im."

"Damn straight. People are constantly underestimating me, then a minute later I have them cryin' and beggin' to work for me," Spot chuckled, smirking proudly. This girl has so many frickin' brothers...he wondered if any of these guys had anything to offer him.
Besides their smokin' hot sister.

That made her smile though and she leaned back, this girl had mountains for siblings. And she was the youngest. She knew most of them were in and out of jail for crimes for the irish gangs she never asked. Was a lot easier that way. "Aye bet you do... got a look in your eye. I wouldn't want to meet you pissed off in a dark alley, Conlon.."
