He nodded at that, then looked at her sidelong, folding his arms to rest them on his knees as he leaned over. "What about you, then? No one you wanna rush into marriage with?"

She had to laugh, shaking her head as she shrugged. "Nah, not me. Never been in love before, never been in like before... know all about it but, never felt it." She could weave a love story to make you think she had, but she'd never felt that kind of longing.
