He smirked at her, waggling his brows playfully. "Why, yer welcome, Sugar." He sent her a dramatic wink, then scooped her up into his arms, taking her to the bed. He put the ring on the nightstand, then crawled in beside her.

[Kathryn]

Kathryn woke up the next morning to find her face buried in Tyler's chest. She kissed his collarbone lazily, her eyes not quite open all the way.

[Moonshine]

Tyler shifted groggily, eyes still closed. He wrapped his arms around her and tugged her against him instinctively. He moved against her a little, lips searching for hers.

[Kathryn]

Pressing her lips to his, Kathryn let out a soft chuckle. "Tyler," she whispered against his mouth. "Wake up, sleepyhead."

[Moonshine]

"Mm, I dun wanna..." He muttered against her lips, kissing her again. His eyes were still closed as her rolled on top of her, deepening the kiss and fisting his hands in her hair.

[Kathryn]

Kathryn tugged on his bottom lip, her arms snaked around his torso. She hooked one leg over his hip and pressed her body even more against him as she arched her back.

[Moonshine]

A moan rumbled deep in his chest, his body waking up even if his mind wasn't quite there yet. He trailed one hand down her neck to her chest, glad she never bothered putting a shirt back on last night. He nibbled on her bottom lip, sucking gently as his hand cupped a breast.

[Kathryn]

Her breath got stuck in her throat, and she gasped as her lips left his. She arched her neck back and took a few shallow breaths before her eye caught the clock.

"Shit, I have to go to work," she said, still a bit breathless. Why wasn't it Saturday?

Tyler hung his head, burying it in the crook of her neck with a disappointed groan. He ached for her. "Ya can't call in sick or somethin'?" Even as he said it, he knew she should go. Eventually, they had to crawl out of this cocoon they had buried themselves in and face the real world. He had to talk to Sherry, and he knew it would be better if he did it on his own. He rolled off of her, put pulled her into a hug, nuzzling her. "What time do ya get off? Come back here after? Hell, I'll just take my truck ta yer place and we'll get yer stuff, move ya in here."

[Kathryn]

"I have a better idea..." she smirked, almost evilly, up at him. "I go home during lunch and pack a bag. Then, when I get off at 4...we head straight for Vegas."

[Moonshine]

Tyler had been in the middle of a yawn, rubbing at his eyelids with his fingers. His head snapped up at her words, gaping at her. "Yer...yer serious? Ya don't wanna...I mean, yer ok with not havin' a real weddin'? Ya wanna just go and...do it?" He wasn't at all opposed to the idea. He'd throw himself in front of a train if she asked him to, so long as it made her happy.

[Kathryn]

"We can have a huge party when we get back, invite everyone we know and have a huge cake and dance to 'YMCA,' the whole nine yards. I just don't want to wait any longer," she divulged, tapping his chin with her index finger.

[Moonshine]

He simply held her against him, planting lazy kisses along her neck a minute before answering. "Bring somethin' pretty. We'll go to a fancy dinner at The Palm or somethin'." He pulled back to grin at her, his eyes soft and adoring. He leaned in and kissed her slowly, deeply.

[Kathryn]

"Mmm, while I thoroughly enjoy this, I really do have to go." Kathryn kissed him once more, quickly, and rolled off the bed. She dashed into the bathroom to brush her teeth and change into her now dry clothes from last night.

She emerged from the bathroom, running her fingers through her curls. "Let me know how it goes, okay?"

Tyler crawled out of bed, moving to her to kiss her again, before following her to the front door. "I will. I'll see ya at 4." He kissed her again, then kissed her forehead. "I love ya, Kat."
