"Yeah, I know how that goes," he nodded, his interest grabbed. He had heard stories like this many times before about the guys in Brooklyn but, until now, he had never experienced it first-hand. "She's takin' good care of the baby, though?"

"Not just yet, I'm afraid," he said with a shake of his head. "Just getting settled in at the moment. Tomorrow, I think I might see what I can find by way of work. There are a couple of furniture places a few blocks East, they might be worth a look."
