"Jo is currently smothering her face with this chilli thing that Nevada made," Tristan said absently as he browsed the list. "If we take headquarters first all the other underlings'll know we're coming. Same thing if we start taking out the little guys." He sighed heavily. "Somebody's gonna get away. Best bet is to go in with guns blazing direct to Monk. I'll send some of my guys to handle some of the larger guys on this list though."

Macbeth took a deep breath. "Race, can you go watch her?"
As worried as he was about Ershey, Race still looked and felt like he'd been run over by a carriage, so he thought it best to go inside and sit with the two-year-old for the time being.
"What can we do?" Beth demanded. She had one arm wrapped around Risk because he looked like he was going to snap any second. "They know who we are, they know we betrayed 'em...but we gotta do something..."

"Yeah, we're gonna do something," Tristan leaned against the doorway and smirked evilly. "We're gonna kill 'em. We're gonna kill every single fucking one of them."

"Good," Beth said savagely. "You do that. But I ain't exactly the right size to wipe out a gang, and Risk ain't in..." She glanced back at Race and lowered her voice. "...the right line of work for it, so we're just going in to find Ershey and get her out." Though she thought privately that if she ran into Sammie, she would be spilling some blood after all.

"You ain't going in there alone. I'm gonna help you get her out and then I'll kill everybody. You'll also have Jimmy there helping you'se." He stated calmly. "You wanna leave Race here with the kids? Or he out for blood too?"

"Not out for blood," Racetrack called from the table, where he was busy cleaning chili off Jo's face, "but if you need me, I'm in."
Macbeth eyed his bruised and bleeding self doubtfully. "I think we need you to baby-sit, Race."
"Fair enough." He finished with Jo and turned to face Tristan, Risk, and Macbeth. "All'a youse just...don't die, all right?"
Beth swallowed, went over to the table, scooped a happily squealing Jo into her arms, and kissed her. "We won't," she murmured, and tried to believe it.

"Ready?" said Risk, finally chiming in as he looked at Macbeth and Tristan. He was glad he reached for his extra switchblade and gun earlier when he scrambled to tell Macbeth what was going on. If he needed to use it, dammit, he would. ((I'M HERE. Actually, I'll be back in an hour ))

((Yay, see you then! ) Beth handed Jo over to Race, staring into her niece's eyes for a long, long moment. "I'll be back soon, all right, jan?"Jo couldn't possibly know what was going on, but she started flailing her arms, her eyes filling with tears when she realized her beloved aunt was abandoning her again. "Shh," Beth murmured, and bent over to kiss her forehead. Somehow, she ended up kissing her four or five times. "I love you, kiddo," she whispered--then straightened up, wiped her eyes, turned around with an utterly stony expression, and headed out the door, leading the way down the stairs.

((Either that or we could start a new thread for rescuing Ershey/kidnapping Sammie, and assume that Tristan and Jimmy are running around shooting everyone...what do you think?))

((Okay! We can have her jump back in once they've rescued her?))
"C'mon," said Risk, grabbing Macbeth's hand and leading her towards the doorway. He knew that if they'd stay any longer, Macbeth was going to shower Jo with kisses once again. Risk stayed silent as they made their way towards the headquarters. He wanted to hurt somebody. But he knew they needed to get Adri and that was his goal. If he hurt someone on the way, then so be it.
Once they were a block away, Tristan and Jimmy set off with their own plan while he led Macbeth towards the back entrance. It was were they dragged the prisoners before they were questioned and he hoped to hell that there wasn't anyone there right now.

((Yes! ) Despite ensuring that they wouldn't be in the middle of gunfire, Macbeth was not averse to violence either. In fact, she was outright hoping they would run into a thug or two. Now that they weren't undercover, she could actually use her knives, and every frantic thought of Ershey brought a fresh way of desire to see someone bleed. Risk, however, had a gun, so she opened the door and motioned him in first. Just let her be there, and let her be fine...

Risk nodded and walked inside, his hand ready to grab his gun. He took a deep breath and scanned the area. No one was there. Not even the big thug that watched the prisoners. It was empty and Risk began to panic once again.
"B-Beth, she's not here..."
((Idk how much trouble I want Ershey to be in... hmmm...))

((Aaaah! Not too much! *huggles her*))
She gripped his arm. It was hard to remember a time in the past few days when they hadn't been in physical contact. "We'll find her. Where d'you think...?" She swallowed, resisting a sudden burst of nausea. "Eastman's office?"

"Probably," muttered Risk, trying to make sense of everything. "W-we'll find her."
He peered out in the hallway and held Macbeth's hand as he led her upstairs. If Eastman was doing something to her...
