"Hey, never said I disagreed!" Eli replied with a chuckle, picking Duncan up and holding him to his body. "What's the color of Lori's blanket?" He asked him, pointing to the blanket that was wrapped around her.

Duncan took a peek, then clapped. "Poo-ple!" Trixie giggled. "Purple! Good job, sweet pea!"

Eli cheered with Duncan, and they pulled up in front of Zippy and Davey's building. Eli tossed Duncan over his shoulder, holding him there with one hand and holding the pancakes with the other. "Pay the cabbie, Kitten?" Eli went over and buzzed at the door.

Trixie did, then moved to the stoop, standing beside Eli, rocking the baby, who gave a big yawn.

The door opened and Dave stood in front of them. "DAVEY!" Eli greeted, handing him the pancakes. "Mornin'. Came to see my niece...." He pushed his way in, and from his spot on Eli's shoulder, Duncan made a grab for Dave's nose on the way in.

David smirked, taking Duncan into his arms. "What is your obsession with my nose, kid? Your dad's is bigger."
Trixie walked in, smiling. "Heya, Davey. Or should I say, Daddy?" She kissed his cheek and David beamed.
"Look at you! I can't believe you're up. Erin's had me waiting on her hand and foot." David grinned and Trixie let him get a look at Lori.

"hey! I resent that. Bigger Jewish noses are A MYTH!" Eli insisted, laughing and making his way up the stairs. "Trixie is tough. I offered, but she's been out and about."
Eli bursted into their apartment and found Erin sleeping in bed. "WAKE UP WAKE UP!"He announced, walking in.
Erin moaned, peeking at him. "is this a nightmare? Please tell me you aren't actually here bothering me...."

Trixie laughed, following Eli into the room. "Eli, be nice, stop screamin', you're botherin' Lori." She perched on the edge of the bed. "Hey, Erin, how ya feelin'?"
David smirked. "It's almost eleven, Erin. And you need to feed Melody." He set Duncan down, and he immediately ran to Eli.

Erin moaned. "I was up all night with her!" She looked at Trixie. "Did Duncan sleep the whole night?" Erin sat up and went to go sit next to her. "Aww, is this the new baby? She's beautiful!"
Eli kept a firm grip on Duncan. With two babies around, he didn't even wanna imagine the kind of trouble he could get himself into. "I'm not sticking around for feedin' time. I'll kiss Melody when its over." He grabbed David and left the room, placing Duncan in the small playpen they kept at their place for whenever they babysat. "Eat the pancakes, Dave. it looks like you need it."

Trixie smirked. "Honey, that baby won't sleep through the night for at least the first six months." She shifted Lori, it was her feeding time, too. She sighed dreamily. "Isn't she perfect. She looks like me, more than Duncan. Still has Eli's colorin', though."
David practically collapsed into a chair. "The last nine months have been hell. I thought it'd be easier once the baby was born, but--" He stopped and leaned forward, whispering. "Your sister's kind of a prima donna."

Erin smiled tiredly. "I just hope these two get along." She glanced down at Melody. "I dont know how ya gonna do it, with Duncan running around too."
Eli frowned, and handed him the plate. "Eat up, Pops." He sighed, sitting on the couch next to him. "Melody is beautiful. You're a lucky man."

Trixie smiled, opening her blouse to feed Lori. "I don't mind it. I kinda love it, actually. I'm already thinkin' about names for the next one."
David softened, getting a half-goofy look on his face. "She is pretty, isn't she? She looks just like Erin. Even her eyes."

Erin chuckled, shifting Melody in her arms. "I wanna give Melody a younger brother or sister too. But I just...had such a hard time with this pregnancy. It's because I'm so small. I don't know if my body is even cut out for babies."
Eli smiled. "I bet she'll be a nerdy kid like you." He predicted, and glanced at Duncan, who was stacking blocks in his playpen. "You both will be wonderful parents, don't worry. Duncan loves comng here. you are both great with him."

Trixie clicked her tongue. "Oh, please. I'm not much bigger than you are. Though I do get fat as hell when I'm pregnant."
David nodded, watching Duncan play. "You're doing pretty well yourself. Two kids already." He turned back to Eli. "You don't regret not waiting? Trixie was already pregnant when you got married, wasn't she?"
