"Figures..." he sighed, finally putting the pieces together. He never told them where he was living. He just kept on sending letters and didn't question it when he hadn't heard back. "Can't even tell? What's that mean?" He looked over at her, frowning.

"You sound like you're from New York," she replied smiling though looking at them you couldn't deny that they were siblings. They looked too much alike. "Then again, ya always were good with languages."

"Well, I'm glad we found each other..." he laughed, still amused at how things worked out. It was, then, that he heard people shouting his horse's name. He glanced at the race just in time to see it cross the finish line. He yelled loudly, throwing his hands up in the air. "We won, Vi!"

She was laughing, god she loved to win, throwing her arms around her brother and laughing. "Didja see that beautiful beast run! Didja see him!" If Vi was a different person shed' be addicted to the horses, she loved them-- the strength in them and she used to ride. She missed being able too. "How much'd we win?

Specs didn't bet too much just in case he wasn't too lucky. But, apparently, he was today. "A couple dollars, actually," he laughed, looking at her brightly.
