"Me too," grinned Adri as she watched Teddy pull out of the driveway.
It gives me tons of ideas for my wedding! But Adri wasn't about to say that out loud just now.

Once Teddy was driving on the still busy road, he reached a hand over and placed it on her neck, kneading her skin gently. "Tired?"

"Mmhmm," she nodded, feeling herself relax once he touched her skin. She was feeling groggy yet she didn't want Mush to go home just yet. "Wanna stay over?"

"It was nice, very nice. A bit big, but Lillian, I'm sure, knows a lot of people. And Ryan's kind of a big deal at Apple, so he invited basically the whole company. But it was still a really nice wedding," he nodded, changing lanes.

Adri simply nodded and put her hand over his, feeling sleep catch up with her.

Teddy let her fall asleep, smiling a bit to himself as he drove. After only a few minutes, he pulled up to Adri's apartment building. He got out as softly as he could, going over to Adri's side and picking her up, carrying her carefully up to her door.

Suddenly realizing that she wasn't in the car anymore, she blinked open her eyes to find that she was already at her apartment... with Teddy carrying her towards the door. "Teddy," she chuckled, reaching for her keys. "You don't have to carry me everywhere..."

Adri laughed, shaking her head. "I know... but I can walk too, y'know?" she smirked, trying to wiggle out of his embrace once they were inside.
