Teddy tried not to smile too widely, but he was pretty proud of himself. "I guess I picked up a few things from you," he replied, winking at her.

Teddy scoffed, laughing a bit, as well. "Hey! I'm always incredibly sweet! I really resent that statement!"

"More than usual!" laughed Adri, rolling her eyes at him. She set her fork down, cupping his face in her hands. "I love you." She was eternally grateful with the way things worked out. Who knew she'd be with Teddy after all these years?
