Ershey shrugged. "Yeah, that'd be a good idea. Let's just say, we have a tendency to... just get in trouble," she smirked. "Then again, we're newsies. We get blamed for everything."

Birdie reached for her case and paused at that, one hand on the bunk. "I...don't think I've ever been in trouble before. But I'll try to stay out of it." She smiled brightly at Ershey. "You probably had other things to do besides leading me around. I really appreciate your helping me. Really."

"Let's see... Race is good to talk to too... so's Script, she's nice," said Ershey, trying to think of who she could easily befriend at the house. She thought of Risk, then remembered that he moved out. "There's more people, but those are good people to know too."
