"nuh uh, sweetie," her opponent shouted, grabbing her out of Jimmy's grasp. "You are going to have to make this up to me."
Piper looked at jimmy, telling him to get the hell out of here with her eyes. "Go." she said, and meant it. He had the money Plus she really didnt want to give herself away to him when she smashed this man's face in for grabbing her.
But the man grabbed her again, shoving her against the wall. Piper, annoyed, slammed his head against the wall and kneed him hard between the legs. She shoved him out the way and made a beeline for it.

Jimmy eyed her funny for a second and then say next to her, "about ten dollars," he said. It was a good take and would keep him fed for awhile. He split the money and handed half to piper.
