"I'll be so glad to get out of those dorms," Mike admitted with a roll of his eyes.
Lillian snorted, though it wasn't very ladylike. "Trouble in paradise already?" she teased. Bromances were so funny.

Eli laughed. "You just hate all the distractions. I constantly bother him," Eli stated matter-of-factly.
"Huge surprise there," Erin replied sarcastically, chuckling to herself. "I can't wait for the dorms. Eli when can we visit you?! Lil and I wanna go to a college party."

"Uh, you wanna go to a college party," Lillian corrected. She just wanted to go to a college library.
"Wait 'tip next year when Eli and I have our own apartment," Mike advised the girls, turning around to wink at them.

"I'm going to have my own dorm next year," Erin told him with a grin, hoping he could figure out that she was only a year younger.... "Not sure where yet, I'm still waiting to hear from schools. Lillian got in though!" She poked her friend, smiling proudly.
"Yeah?" Eli said, glancing at her through the rearview mirror. "Where'd you get in?"

Lillian blushed, rolling her eyes a little. "NYU," she told them a bit shyly.
"Hey," Mike said, turning around. "That's awesome." He didn't even know this girl (either of them, really), but getting into NYU was always something to be congratulated.

((Hmmm...I don't know!! Maybe they live in Boston and go to Boston University?))
"Yeah, I've kinda been wanting to go there since I was 10, so..." Lillian said with a soft chuckle.

((haven't we had our mighty ducks men go to BU before too?! Lol. Yeah Boston makes sense.))
Eli whistled, still impressed. "you must be itching with seniortis now, aren't you Lilly-Bear?"

((Of course we have!))
Lillian blushed even more than she already was at the use of his nickname for her. "Why do you still call me that? I'm not a kid anymore," she muttered, tucking a curl behind her ear.
Mike quirked a brow, glancing over at Eli. Did he not realize this Lillian girl seemed to have a huge crush on him?

"Aww but you are still as cute as one!" Eli mocked, chuckling.
Erin rolled her eyes. "Shuddup Eli."
"Whatever CHUBS."
Erin gasped. "you promised you wouldn't call me that anymore!"

Mike cleared his throat, using his mediator voice when he said "Okay, guys, let's not get into something already. We've got the whole weekend ahead of us! We don't want to start anything before we even get there."
"I agree," Lillian said immediately and firmly. "I like this guy. I like you!" she added, reaching around to pat Mike's shoulder.

Eli smirked. "oh come on Lilly- you love it when I call Erin Chubs."
Erin sighed heavily, "Hey! It's snowing!" she peered out the window.

Lillian was excited, but she was also a bit nervous. The roads would be getting slick with snow before long, and it would be harder to drive. She trusted Eli, but still...
"How long does it take to get to this place again?" Mike asked, reaching to turn the music down a little. Eli didn't need any distractions while driving in the snow.

"Another two hours," Eli said, his smile fading a little. He looked at Mike. "Can you look up the weather on your phone?"
Erin looked at Lil. "We'll be fine. Its why we took the SUV..."

Erin knew her so well. Lillian was a worrier which oftentimes caused her to be overly cautious and annoying. She looked over at Erin, nodding silently.
Mike took out his phone, tapping the weather app and waiting for it to load. "Eh, it doesn't look too bad. Just flurries until we get into the mountains."
